In 2017, 1.3 billion tons of food were thrown away in the US alone. Wasted! The Story of Food Waste is a fascinating look through the eyes of famous chefs as they explore the problem of food waste around the world. See how their unique perspective inspires both incredible dishes and a more secure food system. Join us for a pre-show reception of zero waste food made by the Littleton Co-op and pick up some recipes to try on your own. Stick around after the film for a Q&A session with Tim Wennrich of Meadowstone Farm to talk about composting in our region and ways you can tackle reducing your food waste at home.
