Photographer JOHN TULLY has been volunteering to photograph some of the Live! at The Colonial shows when he’s not busy shooting for National Geographic, The New York Times, or NBC News, to capture the atmosphere and a look behind the scene of the Shovels & Rope concert on Sunday, September 2, 2018.
John Tully is a New Hampshire-based freelance photojournalist. His body of work explores the meaning of home. As a former staff photojournalist at The Midland Daily News (Michigan) and The Concord Monitor (New Hampshire), he is passionate about telling stories in the backyards and on the backroads that make up the intimacy of a community. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Journalism as well as a student at the Danish School of Media and Journalism.
